Carvers Hill Estate is a vineyard and winery near Marlborough in Wiltshire. Planted in the spring of 2021, the plot stretches along a single south-facing valley at Carvers Hill Estate, Shalbourne.
Previously a wild-flower seed farm, today 21,000 vines of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay thrive on 14 acres in the North Wessex Downs National Landscape.
The inaugral hand-harvested 2023 vintage was bottled into a small run of beautifully pale and refreshing still Rose. As the vines mature with minimal intervention and sustainable practices at the core, future harvests will produce still Red, as well as Rose vinification on-site at Carvers Hill Estate in Wiltshire's first state-of-the-art winery.
Vineyard and winery tours will be bookable in the Spring/Summer 2024 and we hope visitors will join us to enjoy various cultural events throughout the season. Adjoining the winery and cellar is a retail shop and a Club Room for members. We look forward to welcoming guests soon.
